So, if you get your Saddleback design and it’s too big or too small or too heavy or not heavy enough, then contact us within 30 days and we'll take it back for a full refund or store credit. Just please be sure that it’s still in new or like-new condition.
We'll refund your original payment method or if it was a gift, we'll issue a store credit. There is no restocking fee and the shipping costs are nonrefundable. What a lot of people used to do is they would buy a briefcase in all four colors, pick the one they wanted and send the rest back on our dime. We've had some people return over 3 dozen bags like that. And we aren’t a super huge company, so it was really tough for us to absorb that kind of cost. We're really nice people, but this isn't a hobby. Hopefully, you’ll understand.
