We’re all pretty used to buying stuff online these days, but it can still be tough for things like bags and backpacks. You can’t hold it or touch it or try it on. So, if you get it and it’s too big or too small or too heavy or uncomfortable, then contact us within 30 days and we'll take it back, no questions asked. All we ask is that you cover shipping to get it back to us. What a lot of people used to do is they would buy a briefcase in all four colors, pick the one they wanted and send the rest back on our dime. We've had some people return over 3 dozen bags like that. And we aren’t a super huge company, so it was really tough for us to absorb that kind of cost. We're really nice people, but this isn't a hobby. Hopefully, you’ll understand.
